Restrain microbes in your processes


A hygienic process is essential to make safe and stable products. Good and simple process design, efficient cleaning and well trained personnel will do the job in most cases, but what if not? As an independent organization NIZO food research advises on hygiene issues and examines (new) equipment or processing lines in e.g. the dairy-, meat- and ingredients industry.

Hygiene audits
On-site evaluation of critical points of the equipment or processing line. Practical recommendations are provided to improve production processes. This results in more effective quality assurance systems, by which a more constant product quality and safety can be achieved.

Tracking microbial contamination sources
Through DNA fingerprint technology, the source of your microbial contamination can be tracked. Dedicated measures can be taken to solve contamination problems.
