Quick Vitality Check
Consumer organizations report that a large part of the probiotic products do not contain sufficient amounts of viable bacteria.
NIZO food research, with over 60 years of experience in dairy research, offers a viability check on your probiotic product and performs a process scan in your production plant. This results in independent proof of your product stability, or may lead to recommendations for further optimization of your fermentation and/or processing conditions
